How Email Alerts Work

FuelaFleet’s daily email alerts are 100% automatic.

As a company Administrator, you do not need to configure anything. Every morning at 8:00 AM (CET), our system checks your entire fleet. If any vehicle has an expiring Inspection, Emissions, Insurance, Vignette, Warranty, or has scheduled tasks, we automatically generate a summary and send it to your login email address.

  • Note: If a user registers from the USA (New York), they will receive the email at 2:00 AM their local time. 

  • Note: To avoid overwhelming your staff, only Administrators receive this global email.

  • Tip: If you aren’t receiving the emails, please check your Spam/Junk folder and mark alerts(at)fuelafleet.com as “Not Spam”.
