How to import Fuel Cards?

The application works with both European and American number formats. Before uploading the CSV file received from your fuel card provider, simply rename the headers to English (see the example below).

Example – use these Headers:

Date: 2026-07-06 (use format YYYY-MM-DD)

Plate:
(The vehicle registration number is very important, as vehicle data is imported based on it. Use the same format. If the application uses the FF0001 format, the format must be FF0001 during import.)

Product:
(Petrol, Diesel, LPG, CNG, kWh, Hydrogen, AdBlue/DEF, E5, E10, B7, E98, V-Power Diesel etc.)

Qty: 54
(Write without the Unit, e.g., L, kWh)

Unit Price: 1,659
(Write without the EUR, USD, $, etc.)

Total: 89,59

Station:
(You have several options for importing the partner name:
– If you leave this field blank and select a partner name from our list during import, that partner name will automatically appear in the imported row (e.g., Agip Fuel Card).
– If you fill this field with a partner name (including names not found in our list), that name will appear in the imported row (e.g., Petrol, without the “Fuel Card” suffix).
– If you leave this field blank and select the “Other” option during import, “Other Fuel Card” will automatically appear in the imported row.

Note: If the “Station” column in your CSV file is empty or a partner name is missing from a row, you must select a partner from our list or choose the “Other” option during import. The application will automatically populate the row with “Other Fuel Card”.

Providers in our database: Agip, Aral, bp, CCS, Circle K, Cepsa, Crodux, DKV, Eni, Eurowag, Exxon, Galp, Chevron, INA, Lukoil, MOL, OMV, Orlen, Petrol, Q8, Repsol, Routex, Shell, Slovnaft, or Other. If you cannot find your fuel card provider, please send us an email and we will add it.)
