How to set up Recurring Service Reminders
Upcoming Tasks with Auto-Repeat Function.
When you click “Done” or “Edit” on a task, the app records the service, do the math from today’s date/odometer, and automatically generate the next deadline! Upcoming Tasks can be set to recur for example “Repeat every 15,000 km” or “Repeat every 12 months”.
Note: Upcoming Tasks are visible to drivers with “Add to Calendar” icon. The drivers needs to see the upcoming tasks so they know when to take the car to the mechanic, and they need to be able to add it to their calendar.
Only the Admin and Manager can actually modify or close the tasks.
Example: Oil Change

You set it to repeat: Every 12 Months AND Every 15,000 km.

You complete it today (Odometer: 100,000 km).

The app generates a new task: Due next year, OR at 115,000 km.

The Action Center continuously monitors the car. If the driver drives 15,000 km in just 6 months, the Odometer triggers the warning. If the car sits in the garage for a year and only drives 2,000 km, the Date triggers the warning! Whichever happens first triggers the alert.
(If you only want it to track Date, just leave the KM box empty. If you only want it to track KM, leave the Month box empty!)
For the Annual Warranty Service or Leasing Inspections, you can use the “Upcoming Tasks” feature.
We specifically built the “Auto-Repeat” function for it! You can add “Annual Dealership Check” and set it to repeat every 12 months.
