How to Set Up Telegram Alerts

If you prefer to get your morning fleet alerts sent directly to your phone via Telegram, follow these two quick steps to connect your profile:

As a company Administrator, you do not need to configure anything. Every morning at 8:00 AM (CET), our system checks your entire fleet. If any vehicle has an expiring Inspection, Emissions, Insurance, Vignette,  Warranty, or has scheduled tasks, we automatically generate a summary and send it to your Telegram account.

  • Note: If a user registers from the USA (New York), they will receive the email at 2:00 AM their local time. 

  • Note: To avoid overwhelming your staff, only Administrators receive this global Telegram alerts.

Step 1 - Get your Chat ID

  1. Open Telegram and search for @userinfobot

  2. Press “/start”. The bot will instantly reply with your “Id” (e.g., 123456789).

  3. Copy this ID number.

  4. Log into FuelaFleet, open your My Profile menu, paste the ID into the Telegram box, and click Save.

Step 2 - Allow FuelaFleet to message you!

(Telegram blocks bots from sending messages unless you speak to them first).
  1. In Telegram, search for our official bot: @FuelaFleet_Alerts_bot
  2. Open the chat and press the “/start” button.
  3. You are all set! The anti-spam lock is removed, and you will now receive your fleet alerts securely on your phone every morning.
