Roles and Accounts in FuelaFleet
Roles:
- Admin (CEO, fleet manager, etc.) – the person who creates the company account and sets up driver cards, give a manager access to manage specific team vehicles and approve trips, give your accountant read-only access to download CSVs and PDFs;
- Team Manager – the person who sees only assigned vehicles, has access to manage specific team vehicles and approve trips, and configures driver cards;
- Driver (Limited View) – the person who sees only assigned vehicles or shared vehicles,
- Accountant (Read-Only access).
Accounts:
- FREE (2 Cars, 1 Driver, basic tools),
- PRO (10 Cars, PRO tools),
- ENTERPRISE (30 Cars, Workflows, API and many more).

FREE account
What the driver and manager see in the app and what rights they have in FREE account?
Driver – sees and has access to:
Refuelling and Charging – manual entry only, no AI,
Upcoming Tasks – read-only + option to add dates to Google Calendar,
6 Banners – Inspection, Emissions, Compulsory Insurance, Vignette, Casco Insurance, Warranty and the option to add the dates to Google Calendar only.
Admin – sees and has access to:
Refuelling, Charging, Service – option to add, edit and delete all entries, CSV import and export, manual entry only, no AI,
Upcoming Tasks – option to add, edit and delete tasks + add dates to Google Calendar,
6 Banners – Inspection, Emissions, Compulsory Insurance, Vignette, Casco Insurance, Warranty and the option to add, edit and delete the dates + add dates to Google Calendar.
Telegram notification – option to receive daily notifications about vehicles,
Email Alerts notification – option to receive daily notifications about vehicles,
Action Center / Reminders – option to see reminders about vehicles and drivers,
Drivers – option to create a driver card, edit the driver profile and upload documents

PRO account
What the driver and manager see in the app and what rights they have in PRO account?
Driver – sees and has access to:
Refuelling and Charging – manual entry or the option to use an AI-powered receipt scanner,
Upcoming Tasks – read-only + option to add dates to Google Calendar,
